Javier Melgoza Jr., age 54, suddenly. Cherished husband of Jami Galvin; beloved father of Priscilla, Crystal, Javier and Antonio Melgoza, and Haily and Christopher Galvin; loving grandfather of Mariah, Lailanil, Alexander and Jesse; brother of Romona, Eloy, Gilbert and the late Martin Salazar. Memorial Visitation Sunday, August 25th from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Church (formerly Saint Barbara), 2859 S. Throop Street, Chicago. Memorial Service 7:00 p.m.
