Michael Clayton Eden, age 86, formerly of Chicago's Roseland neighborhood and Homewood, late of Chicago Heights; cherished husband of the late Jacqueline (nee Sullivan); beloved father of Nancy Pollack (Dan) of Bolingbrook IL, Michael Eden (Connie) of Munster IN, and the late Ronald; loving grandfather of Kevin (Meghan) Welsh, Katie (Ryan Tracy), Kelly Welsh, Jeremy (Kaitlin) and Dan Eden, Michael Eden, Kristen (Andrew Poikus) David Eden, Mary (Matthew Hart), and Sarah Eden; great-grandfather of 12; son of the late Nanette and Clayton Eden. Member International Union of Elevator Constructors Local 2. Lying-in-Repose at Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 17951 S Dixie Highway, Homewood IL on Tuesday, May 17 beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial contributions to Saint Jude Children's Research, Smile Train, or Boystown. Information (708) 390-1200.
